Brooklyns beef is sourced from the British Isles and Kent (live stock) prepared at a Halal farm locally. The beef is freshly minced with 22% fat making the beef moist, completed with light seasoning. Our beef is cooked separately from pork products and does not share same grill.

Brooklyns sausages are premium high quality meat product that is around 100-150g depending on the type of sausage, these sausages are on the larger scale with a skin that pops with you bite them.
Great delivery time, was supposed to come between 8:30-8:50pm, came at around 8:10pm and food was hot and tasted great!
